Originally from Ohio, Kathy Torvick moved to CA in 1978, and has been active in Sonoma County real estate sales since 1992. Obtaining her Broker’s license in 2001, Kathy establishing Torvick Realty. In 2002 she moved to Oakmont Village with her husband Bob. After selling new and resale homes in Santa Rosa, Cloverdale, and Napa, Kathy opened RE/MAX Leading Edge in 2013. In recognition for sales achievement, she received the RE/MAX Executive Award for 2013, 2014, and 2015. Over the course of her career, Kathy received the CENTYRY 21 Pace Setter Award, Coldwell Banker President’s Club Award, Mason-McDuffie Agent of the Month for various months, and Polley Polley & Madsen’s Real Estate Top Ten Percent Award. She is an Accredited Staging Professional, holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation, HAFA (Home Affordability Foreclosure Alternative) Specialist Certification, and is a certified relocation specialist.
