I hold an MBA in finance and have lived in Seminole County, Florida for over 20 years. I am Licensed in Florida and specialize in serving buyers and sellers of luxury residential properties in Central Florida primarily in the Longwood, Lake Mary, Heathrow/Markham Woods corridor. Neighborhoods in this area include Alaqua, Alaqua Lakes, Heathrow, Heathrow Woods, Wingfield North and Wingfield Reserve. In addition to this market area, I cover Winter Park, Orlando, Maitland, Winter Garden and Windermere. Prior to relocating to Florida, I sold luxury residential real estate in New Jersey. Prior to moving to Florida, I sold residential real estate in New Jersey. My past work experience in the corporate world included working as a personal financial planner, CFO of a New York design firm as well as owner of a Florida interior decorating company.
