A Dallas resident since 1986, Kris is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations. She entered the real estate industry in after a decade-long career as Editor in Chief and Director of Public Relations for a medical technology research firm. From 1998 to 2010, she was Vice President of Continental American Mortgage, a Dallas-based finance company, and earned her Texas real estate license in 2004. She founded Brava Realty in 2006. In addition to accreditation as a Luxury Home Specialist, Kris is also a Certified Negotiation Specialist, an Accredited Home Stager, and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. This combination of education, marketing savvy, industry experience and entrepreneurial spirit provide Kris' clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience on national and local housing trends as well as powerful marketing and negotiation techniques.
