Yes, just click once on your preferred category title to sort according to that category.
How do I know if the property I am interested in is still available?
We continually keep in contact with the sellers to verify the accuracy and status.
This discourages properties remaining on the site that should not be offered for
sale.
How do I find out more information if I am interested in a particular property?
Fill in the "Request More Information" box. It is listed at the bottom of each property page.
We will forward the request to the owner or Realtor of the property.
If I use the currency converter, how often should I recheck the amount?
Currency Exchange Rates change daily. Check often when considering a property.
Submiting Properties
Who can enter a property?
Anyone can enter a property if they are the owner or have the owner’s permission. Our site is available to For Sale By Owners and Realtors.
What is the total cost to enter a property?

Who enters the property?
You will. It is a simple step by step process that you can complete.
Can I make changes to my descriptions?
There is no limit to how many changes you may make. If you wish to modify your page send us an email and we will promptly make the changes.
Can I change my pictures?
Yes, you may email or regular mail the picture to us and we will replace the picture of your choice at no charge.
How long does it take to activate my submission once I have submitted it?
You can expect your property to be displayed on our site within 72 hours of us receiving your registration.
What do I do when I sell my property?
This is up to you. If you receive and offer and withdraw your property from the site and then later decide to resubmit the property you will be required to pay the regular fee. It all depends on how confident you are about your offer. This is a decision only you can make.
Is LuxuryHomesAndProperties.Com available on overseas search engines?
We are in the process of submitting to foreign search engines, and the home page will be in their current language. Then, using the translator the viewer can view the properties in their own dialect.
How can I correspond with someone who emails me in a different language?
Click on the Language Translator Link on our Home Page . T-Mail offers free of charge email translation. This service will translate an incoming email before you receive it. It will also translate your outgoing email into the available language you select.
